How to Make Profits Non-Negotiable

Let me ask you -how “set” are you in your daily
routines when it comes to your business?

For the majority of those failing right now, when
you look at what they’re doing, they’ve made
everything negotiable.
For the rare person that wisely plans his day out
beforehand, he still fails.
Why?
Because it was all negotiable.
He logs in to his email, and starts clicking away,
opening up and getting involved in “other peoples”
agendas.
He opens up Facebook, reads what’s going on in
others lives, most of whom he doesn’t even know
and will never meet in person.
And before he knows it, 15 tabs are opened up
on his computer, he’s overwhelmed, and get’s
nothing done that he set out to.
And instead of having a healthy 6-figure income
from his online efforts…
He’s at $0.00 and is doing more things (although
the wrong things) than the successful guys are
doing daily.
So how do you get around this?
One, you set in stone what you need to get
done to move you closer towards your goals.
Two, you make it NON-Negotiatble.
It’s not up for debate, no further discussion will
be entertained, it’s non-negotiable that you’ll
get this done.
If you’re not getting things done that you know
you should be, what’s preventing you from
doing these things?
Is it email?
Facebook?
Are you following too many “gurus”?
Find out what these things are, and box it in.
Fit a little timeframe in each day that you can
check your email, FB and so forth…
If that doesn’t work, then really think and ask
yourself if this thing is helping you move closer
towards your personal goals or is distancing
you from them.
Completely remove that thing that’s holding
you back.
One of those things that should be Non-
Negotiable in your day is marketing.
Building your list up, connecting with people in
your industry, adding value and making offers.
And the MORE you can focus in on that, the
more MONEY you will make.
The MTTB System makes this super simple:

The Lifestyle Myth

What image do you conjure up when you think
about the “lifestyle” of the successful online
business owner?

Most of these guys paint a pretty picture of
themselves working just a few hours a day.
They’re sitting on the beach in Maui with their
laptop and mixed drink in hand.
They have a huge home, an expensive car, and
they get to do basically anything they want, while
their business just seems to keep effortlessly
growing on auto-pilot.
But get this…
Most of this is not true at all!

Many of the top online business owners have
come out and said they’re workaholics.
They put in 60-80+ hour weeks on average.
Some of them just love this business so much
and love making money so much that they
wouldn’t have it any other way.

And others are barely scraping by from their
online earnings, so they’re forced to work
around the clock.
So why do they paint this much different
picture that doesn’t portray reality?
Because, they want to “be” the person that
personifies YOUR ideal lifestyle.
And most people only want to work a few
hours a day, most want fancy homes and
cars, most want to work from the beaches
of the world.
So they do their best to play up this ideal
lifestyle that they believe their customers
want themselves.
And, they want to portray that it’s not hard
to get to their level of success.
Auto-pilot…
1-2 hours a day…
Easy…
Push button…
They know these things appeal to most of us.
And obviously, this type of marketing works.
Creating this persona of yourself to use in
your marketing.
It works and is used in nearly all industries
and has successfully been so for many
years.
However, if you want to be successful in
this industry, you have to be able to see
through it all.
And, you have to realize that anything
worthwhile will require some effort.
And that’s my main point here today.
This business isn’t always as easy for
people as it’s made to oftentimes
appear to be.
Know that the guy telling you that you
can work an hour a day and make a
million a year, may be putting in 12-16
hour days himself.
Of course, you CAN do this business, if
you do it right, and not have to work
around the clock.
You can have an amazing, quality lifestyle.
Here’s one way how:
You HAVE to leverage other peoples efforts
and systems.
And the MTTB System gives you this in the
highest form of leverage possible:
Watch the presentation.
Follow the Steps.
And profit.
Simple as that.
Curb years of effort with this system that
simply works -if you’ll work it.

More Advice from Amarillo Slim

Alright, let’s tackle one more bit of wisdom
from Amarillo.
“All you can do is make the plays that have a percentage of success, and put yourself in a position to win.”
To me, this means that you need to be focused
on the things that get results in your business.
Spending 80% of your time marketing, growing
your list, and creating incredible offers.
All the things that’ll give you a high chance of
success.
And then, as Slim said, you put yourself in a
position to win.
This means for us that our economics have to
work out. We MUST be profitable or nobody
wins.
Not you. Not the customer.
And the only way to put yourself in a position
to win in this economy is by focusing on high
ticket programs in your business.
Set yourself up for the highest chance of success

Amarillo Slim's Business Advice

An old cowboy by the name of Amarillo Slim is
known as one of, if not “the” best gamblers of
all time.

He’s beat more pro’s and celebrities than you
could think of.
And he’s beat ‘em not by just playing card games.

Playing pool, dominoes, poker, playing table tennis with a skillet,
and he’s even beat Evil Knievel at golf -with a carpenter’s hammer.
Basically, if he can gamble on something,
he’ll do it!
Now I’m not big on Gambling, but Amarillo
leaves us with a few powerful tips we can
apply in our own businesses that he has
picked up over the years.
Here Are The Tips:
“Focus on making the right decisions
consistently, do NOT focus on the results.”
If you do the right thing enough times, the
results will take care of themselves in the
long run.
This is so true in our business.
Focus on doing the “right” things, and KEEP
doing them.
That’s the key.
“Play the player more than you play the
cards.”
Listen, when people are looking at joining
you in your business, of course, the
“opportunity” needs to be sound and make
sense.
However, they’re joining YOU.
You are more important than the opportunity.
How are you presenting yourself? What type
of value are you offering that others aren’t?
How irresistible does YOUR business look
to them?
Ask yourself these questions, because you’re
more important than the opportunity at first.
Then, you just want to make sure and deliver
on the back-end and make sure you’re not
pushing junk.
I hope you can join me, and that I've presented
my own business with his advice in mind.

19 Year Old Dies From Internet Rehab

China’s government has done something recently…
They’ve added an entry to the list of things that
would classify someone as having a “mental
illness”.
That thing?
Internet Addiction.
China noticed that its young people were spending
way too much time in Internet cafes, ignoring family,
work, eat, and sleep, all for the love of the Internet.
As a result of this disturbing trend, some rather odd
new businesses started popping up in China
recently.
You got it!
Internet Rehab.
Bootcamps, often run by ex-military, to help these
kids kick the habit.
Several of these bootcamps use fear-based training,
aimed to “reform” the student’s behavior through
harsh discipline.
Except these guys have taken it too far. They literally
kicked a girl to death recently, just because she asked
to go to the bathroom.
And now the students are trying to sneak out messages
to their parents to get them out of there!
Now I’ve heard the phrase, “drastic circumstances call
for drastic measures” before, but this is crazy!
And I know this, internet addiction isn’t common to
just China.
It’s a GLOBAL issue.
But I’m not so sure running off to some bootcamp is the
right answer here.
It’s an important topic though, because “what” you do
when you’re on the Internet can make your business,
or destroy it.
You can make 6+ figures, without sitting in front of
your computer all day, or, you can sit in front of your
computer for 12-16 hours straight, and not make
anything at all.
So what’s a better strategy for us to follow?
I recommend that you set BOUNDARIES.
Seriously, let that one sink in for a sec.
Many people “want” to make a great income online, but
they’ve not set up any boundaries to ensure that it will
happen!
They just login, with a generic thought of what they
sorta kinda need to do for the day.
Then hours later, they’ve realized they have not gotten
anything accomplished.
Some go on to do this for years! Yet, they’ll tell me that
they’ve got 4 years experience in this industry, and
they’ve yet to make any serious money.
My response usually when I hear something like this?
You don’t have 4 years experience, you’ve got 1 year of
experience 4 times!
They’re doing the same thing over and over again and
expecting a different result. Which last time I checked,
was the definition of Insanity.
Something has to change.
And it can start with setting up finite boundaries.
Boundaries like:
80% of my business is spent Marketing and adding value
to others.
I spend a set time (like 3:30-4:15) each day checking my
email, FB, etc… Get in and out!
I take the last 10 minutes of each day to plan out my next
day.
I focus on the non-urgent/important tasks daily, rather than
the urgent/not important tasks that never seem to take me
closer to my goals.
And of course, there are more boundaries to set in place…
Boundaries, odd as it sounds, give you freedom.
Take a few hours to set these up in your own business,
and reap the dividends and rewards you’ll receive by
doing so.
